La Cañada Flintridge is a foothill community with large lots, mature native coast live oaks, sycamores, deodar cedars and pines, and a long history of wildfire threats from the Angeles National Forest above. Oaks are protected, and removal of regulated trees requires city approval. Many of our jobs here are tree trimming that keeps big oaks healthy and clear of homes.
Fire clearance is a yearly requirement for most of the city. We remove deadwood, raise canopies, clean palm skirts and clear roofs and chimneys.
